Objective: The present study was designed to present a model of the impact of strategic human resource management on citizenship behavior in the field of environment and environmental performance in sports organizations with a moderating role of environmental orientation. Methodology: The present research was a descriptive-data collection research and is applied. The statistical population includes all managers and experts of the ministry of sports and youth, which according to the information obtained from the ministry, there are 320 people. According to Morgan's sample size table, 175 individuals were identified as the sample of the study. Sampling method was used to select the research samples. For this purpose, 169 questionnaires were analyzed and distributed after collecting questionnaires. In order to determine the research objectives, was used of Paillé et al (2014)’s conceptual model. To study the data of the present study, use structural equation method. The whole process of research analysis was conducted in SPSS version 20 and PLS version 2 software. Result: The results showed that strategic human resource management has a significant effect on environmental performance (t-3/797; impact= 0/578). Also, the results of this study revealed that the environmental orientation variable has a role of moderation in the relationship between resource management strategic Human and behavioral citizenship in the field of environment (t-3/555; impact= 0/535). Conclusion: Paying attention to the strategic management of human resources in sports organizations can provide conditions for improving the environmental situation in these organizations by developing citizenship behaviors.
