Abstract
Housing as spatial crystallization of interests and special abilities of each household over time and a circumstance in dealing with social, economic, security, cultural, religious and environmental attributes has token distinctive patterns. Due to this problem in arural town environment in which resident wants to hand it to keep pace with the rapiconstruction of new housing patterns, they also need to maintain pervious patterns that fit with the environment and their needs is very important. The aim of this paper is to study spatial diffusion of new housing patterns in rural towns (case study Daragh rural town) during a time period. To achieve the goal spatial diffusion Hagerstrand model was used and an analytical- survey research method was selected.
Data and information included housing pattern types between the years 1982-2011. The model introduced, the effective indices and factors in accepting new housing and diffusion patterns of new housing in this time. Hierarchical diffusion process particularly can be well observed with regard to levels of social economic conditions. Under impact indices with different diffusion alternate matrices
during different periods show variation in rates. |
