Abstract
According to Hannah Arendt, praxis is a kind of public action in which people create and rebuild their life space and human relationships in space occur in a reflective action and reaction in the context of time-space, in other words, human presence. In the space, it is not random but corresponds to the situations that occur in the process of social production of space. The human-centered urbanism paradigm seeks to produce a space where human relationships, including the reproduction of social capital, replace the purely physicalist idea of the city and public arenas. It is social capital that is born from the relations of actors in repeated games and it is the element that connects individual actors to each other, and this element can take on different qualities under the influence of the size of the communities. The current research proceeds with descriptive and analytical method and using statistical tests, it evaluates the relationship of social capital variable to the construction of human-centered urban planning model.
